Google and Adobe are trying to create products that can now let you track and measure all of those Likes and Retweets into meaningful results for your brand. Adobe lets you track social media users who move to your website along with tracking sales of anything purchased on your site. Google also has a new addition to Google Analytics to show the relationship between social media and sales.

Barc thinks that these two products are a great addition to social media campaigns but there is still some subjectivity when it comes to measurement. We will be able to have greater visibility into social media and marketing data yet without straightforward results. Measuring social media will continue to evolve just as each social media outlet does.
